Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
These terms explain what you can expect from Climate Breeze LLC, and what we need from you, when you book an air duct or dryer vent cleaning. We have kept them short and in plain English.
1. Accepting these terms
By booking a service on our website, by calling us to schedule a job, or by letting our technician perform work at your property, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not book, and call us instead so we can talk it through.
You must be at least 18 years old to book a service with us.
2. Who we are
Climate Breeze LLC is an air duct and dryer vent cleaning company based at 8650 Prospect Ln, Parkland, FL 33076. We serve homes in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties in Florida. Our phone number is (754) 297-5977. We are Florida State Certified under license CAC1824212.
3. Our services and prices
We offer three service packages:
| Package | What it includes | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Air Duct Cleaning | Cleaning of the home's air duct system | $89 |
| Air Duct + Dryer Vent Combo | Air duct cleaning plus dryer vent cleaning | $99 |
| Duct + Dryer + Deodorize | Air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and deodorizing treatment | $119 |
These are flat rate prices for the scope described. The price you see when you book is the price for that package on a standard residential job.
Prices can change over time. The price that applies to your job is the one we quoted you when you booked or when we confirmed the appointment with you.
4. Extra or unusual work
Some homes need work that falls outside the package you booked. Examples include a system in unusually poor condition, an unusual number of vents or units, difficult or unsafe access, sanitizing beyond the standard treatment, or repairs to damaged ductwork.
We will never do extra work and then surprise you with the bill. If the technician finds something that goes beyond the booked package, they will stop, explain it, and give you a separate quote. That work is only performed after you agree to the price.
You can always say no. If you decline the extra work, we will complete the package you originally booked at the price you were quoted.
5. Scheduling and arrival windows
We schedule jobs in 2 hour arrival windows. The window is an estimate of when the technician will arrive, not a guarantee of an exact time.
Traffic, weather and the job before yours can push a technician earlier or later. If we are running behind, we will call or text you. If a delay does not work for you, tell us and we will reschedule at no charge.
6. Access to your home
So the technician can work safely and finish the job, we need the following:
- An adult 18 years or older present at the property for the whole appointment
- Safe, clear access to the air handler or furnace unit and to the vents and registers
- Access to a working electrical outlet and to the dryer if dryer vent work is booked
- Pets kept secure and away from the work area
- Gate, elevator or building access arranged in advance if your property needs it
If we cannot get in, if no adult is present, or if the work area is not safe or reachable, we may not be able to perform the service on that visit and will need to reschedule.
7. If you rent your home
Our booking form asks whether you own or rent. We ask because duct work is work on the building itself.
If you rent, you may need your landlord's or the property owner's approval before we perform the service. By booking as a renter, you confirm that you have the right to authorize this work, or that you will get that approval before we arrive. If approval has not been given, tell us and we will hold the appointment until it is.
8. Rescheduling and cancelling
Plans change and we understand that. To change or cancel an appointment, please call us at (754) 297-5977. Calling is the fastest and most reliable way to reach the schedule.
Please give us reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to another customer and so the technician is not driving to an empty house. We ask for as much notice as you can reasonably give.
9. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, call us and we will make it right. Contact Climate Breeze and tell us what is wrong. At our discretion, we will make it right by re-cleaning the affected area.
Please tell us promptly, while the condition of the work can still be inspected. We may ask to send a technician back to look at the area before we act. This guarantee covers the quality of the cleaning work we performed. It is not a promise about the condition of your equipment or about anything outside the scope of the job you booked.
10. Payment
Payment is due when the service is completed. We do not take prepayment through this website. Booking online reserves your appointment slot, it does not charge you.
The technician will let you know what payment methods are accepted before the work begins. If you have a question about the total, ask before the technician leaves so we can resolve it on the spot.
11. Before and after photos
Our technicians usually take photos of the work, before and after, so you can see what was done. We send those photos to the phone number or email you gave us.
If we would like to use a photo from your home in our marketing, we will ask your permission first. You can say no, and that will not affect your service or your price in any way.
If you would prefer that we do not photograph your home at all, tell the technician when they arrive.
12. Licensing and insurance
Climate Breeze LLC is Florida State Certified under license CAC1824212. Work is performed by licensed and insured technicians. If you would like to verify our license, our license number is on this page, in our footer and on our booking page.
13. What we do not promise
We want to be straight with you about the limits of a duct cleaning.
- We clean ducts and vents. We do not promise any particular health result, medical benefit or air quality measurement.
- We do not promise that cleaning will fix allergies, odors from other sources, humidity problems, mold behind walls, or a system that is failing for mechanical reasons.
- Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent the law allows, and we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, other than the guarantee described in section 9 and any rights you have under Florida law that cannot be waived.
If the technician sees something we cannot fix, they will tell you what they saw and suggest who to call.
14. Existing conditions in your system
Ductwork ages. Older or damaged systems can have loose connections, torn flex duct, brittle insulation, rust, water damage, pest activity or prior poor installation. Those conditions exist before we arrive and are not caused by cleaning.
Our technician will point out anything they find and, where possible, show you a photo of it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for a failure that occurs because a component was already at the end of its life. If you know your system has a fragile or damaged section, please tell us before the work starts.
15. Limitation of liability
We take care in your home, and we carry insurance. Still, we have to set a limit on what we are responsible for.
To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Climate Breeze LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost income, lost time, or the cost of temporary lodging. Our total responsibility for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
16. Text messages and calls
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may text and call you about your appointment, including confirmations, arrival updates and the before and after photos of your job. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop messages, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying any service from us.
Calls to and from our business number may be recorded or logged for quality and scheduling. Tell us at the start of a call if you do not want it recorded.
17. Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is part of these terms.
18. Governing law
These terms and any dispute connected to them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal action must be brought in a court located in the State of Florida.
19. If you have a problem or a dispute
Please call us first at (754) 297-5977. Most problems can be sorted out with one conversation and, if needed, a return visit. If you would rather write, send a letter to Climate Breeze LLC, 8650 Prospect Ln, Parkland, FL 33076, and describe the job, the date and what went wrong.
We ask you to give us a fair chance to fix the issue before taking any other step.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The version that applies to your job is the version posted on this page when you booked. When we update the page we will change the "Last updated" date at the top.
