Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This policy explains what information Climate Breeze LLC collects when you use our website or book a cleaning, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain English.
1. Who we are
Climate Breeze LLC is an air duct and dryer vent cleaning company. We are Florida State Certified under license CAC1824212 and we serve homes in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, Florida.
Our mailing address is 8650 Prospect Ln, Parkland, FL 33076, and our phone number is (754) 297-5977. This policy covers our website at promo.climatebreeze.com and the booking, texting and phone activity connected to it.
In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Climate Breeze LLC. "You" means the person visiting our site, calling us or booking a service.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us when you book
When you book a cleaning through our website, we ask for:
- Your full name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The service address where the work will be done (street, city and ZIP code)
- Whether you own or rent the home
- The service package you picked and the appointment day and time you selected
We ask for these because we cannot schedule a technician, confirm the appointment or price the job without them. We ask whether you own or rent because a renter may need the property owner's approval before duct work is performed.
Information you give us another way
If you call us, send us a text or use the chat box on our site, we collect whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation (for example your name, your phone number and a description of the problem).
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site and the services that host it may automatically record basic technical details such as your device type, browser, general location based on IP address, the page you visited, the page that referred you and the time of your visit. Advertising and analytics tags may also record that you took an action such as starting a booking or clicking the call button. See sections 7 and 8.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule and perform your cleaning
- Send you appointment confirmations and reminders by text or email
- Text you the before and after photos of your job
- Call or text you if the technician is delayed or needs directions or gate access
- Give you a price and answer questions about the work
- Keep records for accounting, warranty, licensing and tax purposes
- Measure how well our ads and our website are working, so we know which ones to keep running
- Protect against fraud and abuse, and follow the law
4. Text messages (SMS) and your consent
What you are agreeing to. When you give us your mobile number on our booking form, you agree that Climate Breeze LLC may text you about your appointment. These are service messages about a job you asked us to do.
What we send. Appointment confirmations, arrival window reminders, technician updates, follow up about scheduling, and the before and after photos of the work at your home.
How often. Message frequency varies. It depends on your appointment and on whether you reply to us. A typical job involves only a handful of messages.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.
Consent is not required to buy. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service from us. If you would rather we only call you, tell us and we will note it on your job.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop sending you messages. You can also call us at (754) 297-5977 and ask to be removed. Reply HELP to any text for help, or call the same number.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Phone calls
Calls to and from our business number may be recorded or logged for quality, training and scheduling purposes. If you do not want your call recorded, tell the person you are speaking with at the start of the call and we will honor that request.
6. Live chat
One of our landing pages has a live chat widget provided by GoHighLevel (also known as LeadConnector). If you open the chat, it can collect your name, your phone number and the content of the messages you send, and it passes that to us so we can reply. Do not use the chat to send sensitive information such as payment card numbers or government ID numbers.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Our site and the tools we use may set cookies or use similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to remember your session, keep the booking form working, and measure whether an ad led to a booking.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, parts of the booking form may not work correctly.
8. Advertising and analytics
We advertise our cleaning services online. Our website is set up to use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads and Google Analytics tags so we can measure how our advertising performs.
These tools use cookies and similar technologies. When they are active, they may share limited event information with Meta and Google, such as the fact that a visitor arrived from a particular ad, viewed the booking form, clicked the call button or completed a booking. We use this for measurement and for advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited our site.
How to limit this. You have several options:
- Block or clear cookies in your browser, or use a private browsing window
- Adjust your ad preferences directly with the platforms, through Meta's ad settings and Google's ad settings pages
- Use your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocking extension
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browsers can send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. There is no single agreed industry standard for how a small business site must respond to these signals, so our site may not respond to all of them. We will honor opt out signals where applicable law requires us to.
9. Who we share information with
We share your information only with the companies and people who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). This is the customer relationship and scheduling platform we use. When you submit the booking form, your name, phone number, email address, service address, ownership answer, chosen service and appointment time are sent to GoHighLevel, which stores your contact record and creates the appointment on our calendar. Our text messages and chat also run through this platform.
- Vercel. Our website is hosted on Vercel, so their systems handle the delivery of our pages and standard server logs.
- Meta and Google. As described in section 8, advertising and analytics tags may share limited event data with these platforms for measurement and advertising.
- Our technicians and staff. The technician assigned to your job receives your name, address, phone number and the service you booked so they can do the work.
- Professional advisors and authorities. We may share information with our accountant, insurer or attorney, or with a government body, when the law requires it or when we need to establish or defend a legal claim.
10. We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your contact list to other companies, and we do not share your details with unrelated businesses so they can market to you.
Please note that the advertising and analytics activity described in section 8 involves sharing limited event data with Meta and Google for measurement and advertising. Some privacy laws treat that kind of sharing broadly. It is described openly in this policy so you can decide whether to limit it using the options in section 8.
11. How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our legal, accounting, tax, insurance and licensing obligations. Job records and invoices are generally kept for the period required by Florida record keeping and tax rules. When we no longer need information, we delete it or stop using it.
12. Your choices and your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Delete information we no longer need to keep
- Stop texting you, stop calling you for marketing, or stop emailing you
To make a request, call us at (754) 297-5977 or write to us at 8650 Prospect Ln, Parkland, FL 33076. We will honor requests as required by applicable law. We may need to verify who you are before we act, so that we do not release your information to someone else.
We cannot always delete everything. For example, we may need to keep an invoice or a service record to meet tax, insurance or licensing requirements. If that happens, we will tell you.
If you would rather send privacy requests in writing by email, use [ADD EMAIL]. Until that address is published, please use the phone number or the mailing address above.
13. How we protect information
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including working with established service providers that secure data in transit, and limiting access to the staff who need it. No website, no phone system and no company can promise perfect security, so we do not.
14. Children's privacy
Our services are sold to adult homeowners and adult residents. Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, call us at (754) 297-5977 and we will delete it.
15. Other websites
Our pages may link to or load tools from other companies, such as our scheduling platform, a map, or a review page. Those companies have their own privacy policies and we do not control how they handle your information. Please read their policies if you have questions about what they do.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business, our tools or the law changes. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make a significant change to how we use your information, we will make that clear on this page.
